Upon commissioning Adrian Cianeau, one acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these terms of service and the copyright notice in full.
Artist reserves the right to decline business with anyone for any reason.
These terms are subject to change at any time without notice.
Only individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older may conduct business with the commissioned artist involving real currency. This includes but is not limited to: commissioning services, purchasing artwork, or any other transaction requiring payment.
By commissioning this artist, one acknowledges and agrees that the artwork will be created in the artist's style.
Provided references will be followed to the best of the artist's ability, but the final piece will reflect the artist's style.
Full payment is required upfront prior to the start of any work. Payment plans are not accepted. Payment is exclusively via Ko-fi. This can be done directly when ordering a commission in the Ko-fi shop or via a custom tip.
Client must have an idea of what they would like in a piece (e.g., pose, expression, mood).
Visual character references are required. Color palettes are extremely helpful as well.
If a specific pose is desired, references are appreciated (be it an image or a sketch). No AI-generated images will be accepted.
Commissions may be created for another individual; however, the intended recipient must be disclosed to the artist at the time of request and may not be withheld.
If the artwork includes a character, design, or content owned by another individual, that person must be aware of and consent to its use. Proof of consent must be provided.
Requests featuring content belonging to licensed brands, franchises, companies, studios, or other established intellectual properties will not be accepted.
Due to a busy schedule and a heavy workload, no WIPs will be given.
Client should ensure that they are detailed in their descriptions and include all necessary references when inquiring.
Any major mistakes made by the artist can be fixed after completion.
Edits may be requested within 48 hours of receiving the final commission if the change is due to an error made by the artist (e.g., missing or incorrect details that were clearly shown in the provided reference). These corrections will be made free of charge.
After the 48-hour window, all requested edits will incur a fee of 10% of the original commission price per edit.
Edits requested due to client oversight (e.g., unclear, missing, or changed references/instructions) are not considered an artist's error and will be subject to the revision fee regardless of the time-frame.
Client may cancel their commission at any time. If the commission is cancelled, and the artist has begun working on the commission, then the commissioner retains no rights to the artwork.
• Full refund will be issued if no work has not begun on the piece
• 75% refund will be issued if the commission is at the rough line/sketch stage
• 50% refund will be issued if work on the final lining has been completed
• 25% refund will be issued if work on the color blocking has begun
• Refunds are not issued past this stage or for completed works
• Repeated cancellations will result in a blacklist
Open commissions will be made available through the Ko-fi shop.
Please direct inquiries through the shop on their respective posts.
