These terms apply to design and character adopts, trades, customs, and giveaways.
Upon obtaining or using a design or character created by Adrian Cianeau, one acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service and the Copyright notice in full.
The artist reserves the right to decline business with anyone for any reason.
These terms are subject to change at any time without notice.
These terms apply to all designs and characters created by Adrian Cianeau for others, unless otherwise stated.
18+
Only individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older may conduct business with the commissioned artist involving real currency. This includes but is not limited to: commissioning services, purchasing artwork, or any other transaction requiring payment.
Payment
Full payment is required upfront prior to the delivery of a product. Payment plans are not accepted. Payment is exclusively via Ko-fi. This can be done directly when ordering an adopt in the Ko-fi shop or via a custom tip.
After Payment
• Full Resolution, transparent PNG (unshaded and shaded, if the base has it available)
• Color palette
• Toyhouse character transfer
Credits
• Credit Adrian Cianeau for the design
• Credit the creator of the base/lines the design was made on
• Tag Adrian Cianeau on the site it is being used on or provide a link back to this site
• Do not claim ownership or authorship of the original design
Minimal to Moderate Morphology Edits
• Change the species or breed
• Gender
• Minimal to moderate alterations to body features, such as coat type, hairstyle, ear shape, or tail shape.
• Minimal to moderate alterations to body features, such as horns, fangs, claws, or spikes.
Minimal to Moderate Design Changes
Changes may be made to the design, provided they do not significantly alter or obscure the original design.
• Eye color
• Minimal to moderate white spotting
• Aging/graying
• Accessories, clothing, paint, lights
Personal, Non-Commercial Use
• Original characters
• Sonas
Reselling & Transfering
Reselling or giving away the design is permitted (sales may not exceed the original amount without additional art or accessories).
Commercial Use
A design created by Adrian Cianeau, whether modified or unmodified, may not be used for commercial purposes or transferred to another owner for such use without prior permission. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Published works
• Self-published works
• Movie & T.V.
• Literature & comics
• Prints
• Merchandise
Reselling for More Than the Original Price
Reselling the original design for more than the original price is not permitted without additional art or accessories.
Fursuit
A design not explicity designated as furry, fursuit, or anthro, is not permitted to be adapted or otherwise used to create a fursuit without prior authorization from Adrian Cianeau. Authorization may be granted through the purchase of fursuit rights or by commissioning Adrian Cianeau to adapt the design for fursuit use.
Designs and characters designated by Adrian Cianeau as a furry, fursuit, or anthro design are subject to the General Terms above, with the following exceptions.
Within these terms, "fursuit" includes any full or partial wearable costume or other wearable representation of a design or character, regardless of terminology.
Fursuit
A design or character may be made into a personal fursuit, either by the owner or through a commissioned fursuit maker.
Commercial Use
Commercial merchandise featuring the character is permitted only after a physical fursuit of the design has been created.
Reselling & Transfering
• A fursuit featuring the design may be sold or given away to another owner
• The price of a physical fursuit is not restricted by the original purchase price of the design.
